Perfect place for a couple looking to get away! Positive: The cabin is super cute and the hot tub was perfect! Negative: The bed was very hard and there wasn’t a place to hang your towel in the bathroom

Just need to pay closer attention to descriptions Negative: It was beautiful here, I feel maybe the pictures were alittle off. Was extremely small- one chair, if I wanted to sit down, I had to sit on the bed.

The cabin was nice and cozy, with the master room being a satisfactory size. Positive: I liked the overall feel and design. Negative: Housekeeping could step it up a notch. Our shower wall looked dirty, and there were cleaning supplies left out. The hot tub was nice to have, but I think it would have been better had there been some kind of table for your belongings. Maybe a wall mounted foldaway shelf/table? I felt like there were too many emails offering extended checkouts and such prior to our arrival. Had I booked farther out, I feel like I would have received many more.

Our 2nd time staying at Loblolly!

We absolutely love Loblolly cabins. The ladies at the Hike House are so welcoming and accommodating. Our cabin was stocked with plenty towels and blankets. The staff even include a guide filled with local recommendations, helpful tips & information. The hot tub was clean and so convenient for long days filled with walking/hiking - definitely a perk! I took a star off only because this cabin in particular is *not* meant for tall people. The door frames are rather short, my partner actually smacked his head on the frame while coming inside (he is approx 6’4). The ceiling fan is extremely loud but that may not bother others as much as it did me. I didn’t see this info anywhere but there is a trolly stop (purple trolly route) right outside of the hike house - we highly recommend taking advantage of the trolly! We will continue booking here for our Eureka Springs trips.

Positive: The hot tub and the scenery. Staff was super friendly and understanding. Made me a fresh expresso. Negative: Just that it was right next to the road and no luggage rack. Other than that nothing wrong.
